The final major design project. For this design we had to design a house that would be used exclusively for Short-term stay, keeping in mind it could be on sold in the future. The block was a sloping 800m² block, with views of the Nambour Golf Course. We had to keep the design under 50% site coverage. The house was to be presented in an architectural magazine format and include a video The renders were produced through the Enscape pluggin for Revit. Movie was created with Enscape and Premiere Pro.
